Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Angelino Alfano, and his Libyan counterpart, Mohamed Taha Siala, ​held a telephone conversation this afternoon during which they confirmed the importance Rome and Tripoli have attached to the swift conclusion of a bilateral Memorandum on Illegal Immigration and Human Trafficking.
