Wayne Bank Promotes Jamie Padula

to Human Resources Administrative Officer

Honesdale, Pa - Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of

Wayne Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamie Padula to Human

Resources Administrative Officer.

According to Mr. Critelli, "I am so pleased to announce this promotion.

Jamie's hard work and dedication to our Human Resources department is

Jamie joined the Bank in April of 2014 and most recently served as the

Human Resources Associate. With ten years of experience in the field of Human

Resources, she holds a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University and a

Master's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Scranton. Jamie

resides in Hollisterville with her husband, Frank, and her two children, Mia and

Frank.
