Mr. Shorris was appointed to the Board by unanimous vote at this morning's quarterly Board meeting.

Mr. Shorris is currently Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Regulatory Affairs at LPL Financial. Prior to joining LPL, he was EVP/Executive Director of Enforcement at FINRA.
