This announcement is made by Inno-Tech Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("GEM Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong).
The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that, based on information currently available, the Group is expected to record a net profit for the year ended 30 June 2015 as opposed to a net loss for the year ended 30 June 2014, mainly attributable to one-off gain from (a) disposal of subsidiaries and (b) changes in fair value of derivative financial instruments.
The Company is finalizing the consolidated financial results of the Group for the year ended 30 June 2015. The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment made by the Board with reference to the information currently available to the Board. The audited consolidated financial results of the Group may be subject to adjustments following further review by the Board, discussions with the auditors of the Company and completion of the required auditing procedures.
