NOTICE TO THE MARKET

INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY ALIMENTAÇÃO S.A. ("Company") (BM&FBOVESPA: MEAL3) Informs that, on this date, Mr. Marco Alexandre Duarte Mendes will leave the position of Member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Consequently, in accordance with article 22 of the Bylaws, the Chairman of the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Flavio Benício Jansen Ferreira to complete the term of the replaced director Mr. Marco Mendes.

Mr. Flávio Benício Jansen Ferreira has a degree in engineering and, since January 2013, he has been the CEO of Locaweb, a hosting and Internet services company. Currently, he is an independent Board Member of Digipix SA, an e-commerce company for photography, photobooks, photocopiers, Lojas Quero-Quero SA, a retailer of consumer electronics, construction materials and furniture in the South of Brazil and Fleury SA, clinical analysis laboratory. Mr. Flávio Jansen is an investor and a Board member of Flyers 24 Horas S.A., a company that offers media space to retailers on Internet sites and on mobile phones through the website and mobile application Guiato. Mr. Flávio Jansen is an investor and was a Board member of the company Modanet Comércio Eletrônico S.A., an online sales company for women's fashion, through the OQVestir website. He is a managing partner of the company XS Consultoria em Tecnologia Ltda. Responsible for the start of the Submarino.com website, he acted as director of technology in the company, later becoming its CEO throughout company's IPO until the merger with Americanas.com, which resulted in the company B2W. He was an independent Board member of CETIP-SA - Mercados Organizados, a publicly-held company managing securities markets, securities, derivatives and other financial instruments. Mr. Jansen was also a Board member of Grupo Ibmec SA, an education company.
