Today Humphreys Capital, a leading real estate investment company headquartered in Oklahoma City, announced the Humphreys Real Estate Income Fund (“HREIF”) has reopened to accredited investors.

Since its formation in 2012, the fund has focused on diversification across multifamily, industrial, office and retail sectors in high-growth cities across the Southeastern and Southwestern United States.

“We believe gateway markets like New York City, San Francisco and Chicago present limited upside potential over the near term,” said Humphreys Capital President Grant Humphreys. “Our target cities, including Denver, Dallas, and Raleigh, have been among the fastest-growing urban economies in the country. By focusing on these markets, we’ve been able to create solid value and strong risk-adjusted return for our investors.”

The fund has a portfolio of 71 properties across 15 states, valued at over $670 million. Investors in the fund have experienced a 13.6% net internal rate of return (IRR) since inception, with dividends declared annually and paid monthly.

“We’re grateful to have provided our investors a consistent return on investment in 2020,” said Humphreys. “This year has been volatile for everyone, but our diligence in applying a principled approach to real estate investing has sustained the fund’s success.”

The annual offering will remain open until sold out or June 30, 2021. The minimum initial investment for the fund is $500,000.
