VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

PURCHASE OF SHARES IN THE COMPANY BY THE CHAIRMAN

This announcement is made by Huazhang Technology Holding Limited (the ''Company'') on a voluntary basis.

PURCHASE OF SHARES IN THE COMPANY BY THE CHAIRMAN

The Company was informed by Mr. Zhu Gen Rong ("Mr. Zhu"), the chairman of the Company, that on 14 January 2016, Mr. Zhu purchased 94,000 shares of the Company (the "Shares") on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at an average price of HK$2.354 per Share.

Following such purchase, Mr. Zhu is interested in an aggregate of 204,304,000 Shares, representing approximately 67.95% of the issued share capital of the Company as of the date of this announcement. Amongst such 204,304,000 Shares, 304,000 Shares are held by Mr. Zhu directly and 204,000,000 Shares are held by Mr. Zhu through Florescent Holdings Limited ("Florescent"). Florescent is owned as to 77.90% by Lian Shun Limited, which in turn is owned as to 61.31% by Mr. Zhu. Mr Zhu is deemed to be interested in the Shares held by Florescent.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors are Mr. Zhu Gen Rong, Mr. Wang Ai Yan, Mr. Jin Hao and Mr. Zhong Xin Gang, and the independent non-executive directors are Ms. Chen Jin Mei, Mr. Dai Tian Zhu and Mr. Kong Chi Mo.
