Tenaga Nasional Berhad wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting ("26th AGM") dated 18 November 2016 were duly passed by the shareholders at the 26th AGM held on 15 December 2016 except for Ordinary Resolution 10.

All resolutions were voted by poll and its results were validated by Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
