GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC:GNCP) advises that it today filed a Notification of Late Filing of its Annual Report due on December 31, 2013.

The Company will be publishing its Annual Report on or before January 10, 2014 along with the required Attorney's Letter.

The "Limited Information" symbol on the OTC Markets that was affixed to our Company today will be replaced by the usual "Current Filer" by tomorrow, Friday January 3, 2014.

The Company has until January 15, 2014 to publish its Annual Report along with the Attorneys Letter in order to retain its usual "Current Filer" status with the OTC Markets.
