GLORY LTD. (GLORY) (Tokyo: 6457), through its overseas subsidiary, Sitrade Italia S.p.A.; (hereinafter 'Sitrade'), has acquired CTS Solutions S.r.l. (hereinafter 'CTS Solutions'), a distributor of cash handling equipment in Italy, by acquiring full ownership of CTS Solutions (hereinafter 'Acquisition').

1. Purpose of the acquisition

In line with its '2020 Medium-Term Mangement Plan' and 'Long-Term Vision 2028', GLORY continues to increase it's focus and management resources towards the expansion of it's overseas business. As a result of the acquisition of CTS Solutions, GLORY will further expand its overseas business through enhanced direct sales capabilities and service capacity in the large Italian market.
