Fitch Withdraws CIBC's U.S. Commercial Servicer Ratings

Fitch Ratings withdraws CIBC World Markets Corp.'s (CIBC) commercial primary and special servicer ratings of 'CPS3+' and 'CSS3+'. The ratings are being withdrawn due to insufficient information necessary to maintain them, as CIBC has elected not to maintain its ratings. As such, the rated entity is no longer considered by Fitch to be relevant to the agency's coverage.

The servicer rating is based on the methodology described in Fitch's reports 'U.S. Commercial Mortgage Servicer Rating Criteria,' dated Feb. 18, 2011, and 'Rating Criteria for Structured Finance Servicers' dated Feb. 6, 2013, available on Fitch's web site www.fitchratings.com.
