WASHINGTON, Jan. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Fannie Mae (FNMA/OTC) priced its first Multifamily DUS® REMIC in 2018 totaling $800.5 million under its Fannie Mae Guaranteed Multifamily Structures (Fannie Mae GeMS™) program on January 3, 2018.
