65/2012 Appendix to the letter of intent.
The Management Board of Gremi Solution SA informs that on 31 December 2012 the Issuer , Jupiter NFI SA and Forum XIII Alfa Sp. z o.o., i.e. parties dominant to the Issuer, concluded an appendix to the letter of intent about general principles of the joint implementation of investment project from 28 June 2012, described in the current report 43/2012. On the strength of the above appendix Parties decided to postpone the final date of investment in the media project, described in the above report, to 31 December 2013.
Other provisions of the agreement are left unchanged.
