The World Economic Forum (WEF)'s mission is to improve the state of the world. With this purpose, the WEF organises its annual meeting in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland, to bring together world top leaders to engage in collaborative activities focused on shaping the global, regional and industry agendas.

Given that breakthrough technologies, demografic shifts and political transformations have relevant societal and economic consequences, WEF 2016 turns into a good opportunity for leaders to share insights and innovations on how best to navigate the future.

Several European and international liberal politicians are actively participating in the 2016 annual meeting in Davos from 20 to 23 January to contribute to shape a global agenda. The line-up includes European Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmström, EC'S Vice-President for Digital Single Market Andrus Ansip, the Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau and the Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium Alexander de Croo, among others.

The World Economic Forum provides you with livestream of most of the sessions as well as WEFlive gathering trending topics and tweets from the event.

You can also follow the Commissioner's activities at WEF2016 through the hashtag #EUatDavos.
