Acquisition of 4 commercial real estate properties in Athens and Thessaloniki

Following the announcement as of December 10th 2013, Eurobank Properties REIC informs the investors that has acquired 100% of the share capital of Cloud Hellas S.A. for a consideration of €1. Following the acquisition the Company will inject
€50mn through a share capital increase in Cloud Hellas S.A.
The acquired company owns a portfolio of four retail boxes in Athens and Thessaloniki leased to Praktiker Hellas, Carrefour-Marinopoulos and McDonalds. Specifically:

• the first property is located on 176 Pireos Avenue, Tavros, Attica;

• the second is located in Hellinikon, Attica, on the side road of Vouliagmenis

Avenue;

• the third is located on 339 Iera Odos, Egaleo, Attica;

• the fourth is located on the junction of Marinou Antypa Str and Thessalonikis- Thermis Str, Pylea, Thessaloniki,

Total surface of the properties is 65.100 sqm, of which 53.500 sqm above ground and 11.600 sqm of basement support spaces, in addition to remaining building co- efficient in some of the properties.
The passing annual rent is €6.45mn. and according to the main lease terms, the tenants bear the operating and maintenance costs plus the main portion of the insurance cost.
