Dynasty Financial Partners welcomes Joseph Rizzo who joins the firm as Director of RIA Growth Strategies. Based in New York, he reports to Dynasty CEO Shirl Penney. He joins from Steward Partners Consulting Solutions where he was President.

Mr. Rizzo’s responsibilities will be to work with Dynasty’s current Network Advisory firms to assist them with mergers and acquisitions, inorganic growth and overall business development. He will also work in tandem with Dynasty's 12 Relationship Management and Service team members. They are based in Dynasty's four corporate offices and cover Dynasty's RIA clients regionally on practice management and business structure consulting to prepare the RIAs for future growth.

Mr. Rizzo has over 20 years of experience in the global wealth management industry. He joins Dynasty from Steward Partners Consulting Solutions where he served as President since 2014. At Steward Partners, Mr. Rizzo worked with entrepreneurs on launching independent wealth management firms. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley’s Global Wealth Management Division from 2004-2014 working in Advanced Financial Advisor Development. He joined Smith Barney in 1993 as a Financial Advisor.
