Diligent, a technology-driven company, optimizing the construction industry, recently completed a partnership with Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business. The Entrepreneurial Assistance Project teams undergraduate students with organizations selected by the college’s professor. Together the students used the Trust Index® Survey from Great Place to Work® to research the culture and build solutions for a great employee experience.

Diligent was selected for the company's commitment to continually improve the work experience for every employee. During the 15-week semester, Diligent’s Vice President Hu Montague and Vice President of Operations Hugo Carbajal along with the students worked together to set goals for the project and steps to achieve those goals. The students then worked on completing the project during the semester and delivered a report and presentation on their findings as well as recommendations on creating a culture consistent with the Innovation for All approach as defined by the Great Place to Work Institute.
