The Report:
The Management Board of Dom Development S.A., acting in
compliance with §103, section 1 of the Regulation of the
Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and
interim reports published by issuers of securities and the
terms of confirming equivalency of information required by
the regulations of a non-Member State (Dziennik Ustaw from
2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) (hereinafter the
"Regulation"), hereby informs about the dates of publication
of interim reports in 2012:
The annual and consolidated annual report for 2011 - 2 March
2012;
Consolidated quarterly reports:
-- for the first quarter of 2012 - 27 April 2012
-- for the third quarter of 2012 - 31 October 2012.
The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2012
- 24 August 2012.
Acting in compliance with §102, section 1 and §101, section 2
of the Regulation, the Company will not
publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2011
and the second quarter of 2012.
The Management Board of Dom Development S.A. informs that in
accordance with §83, sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation the
Company intends to publish the consolidated quarterly reports
including the quarterly financial information and the
consolidated half-year annual report containing the abridged
half-year financial statements.
