of the dates in 2012 on which interim reports will be
submitted to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the
Stock Exchange and the Polish Press Agency (PAP).
Moreover, the Company informs that, taking advantage of the
exemption stipulated in paragraph 102 of the Regulation of
the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009, the Company
does not submit a quarterly report and a consolidated
quarterly report for the last quarter of the financial year
2011.
