POLL RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

HELD ON 18 MARCH 2021

UPDATES ON LITIGATION

Reference is made to the announcement on poll results of the annual general meeting held on 18 March 2021 (the ''AGM'') of Convoy Global Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 21 March 2021 regarding the Ex-Parte Injunction Order (as defined in the announcement).

On 26 March 2021, the parties appeared before High Court Judge Mr. Justice Coleman today. The injunction order was discharged and the applicant was ordered to pay the Company's costs on an indemnity basis.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, trading in the Company shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited was halted from 11:04 a.m. on 7 December 2017 (automatically converted to ''being suspended'' thereafter), and will remain suspended until further notice. The Company will keep the public informed of the latest developments by making further announcement(s) as and when appropriate.
