Greenville, SC - Colliers International | South Carolina is pleased to welcome Hector Mendoza to its team in Greenville as a Brokerage Associate. In this role, Hector will represent both landlords and tenants in the leasing and sale of commercial retail properties in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson area, also known as the Upstate.

Mendoza is a graduate of Clemson University, where he received a bachelor's degree in Political Science. His professional experience includes operations and sales ranging from business negotiations, operations, logistics and customer service. He volunteers with the Hispanic Alliance of South Carolina and is passionate about community involvement.
