Batyr Kasymov is the head of Svetlaya Poliana municipality. Through the project, Batyr believes that the local population has become more active in local government affairs. He stressed that with the increase of information stands and boards, the village has experienced significantly reduced tensions and less gossip and rumours on local political and legal problems such as land allocation and expenditure of funds.
