City and County of Denver : GMC LLC Voluntarily Recalls Medical and Recreational Marijuana and Products Due to Pesticide Residues

A Denver marijuana cultivation business GMC LLC, doing business as Green Man Cannabis, is voluntarily recalling marijuana and marijuana products due to the presence of potentially unsafe pesticide residues.

Samples of marijuana and marijuana infused products contained residual levels of off-label pesticides that the Colorado Department of Agriculture has determined cannot be used legally on marijuana in Colorado.

Marijuana plant material and products subject to the recall were sold at Green Man Cannabis stores located at 1355 Santa Fe Dr. and 7289 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver. The marijuana and marijuana products bears a label that lists an OPC License # of 403-00738, 403-00361, or 403R-00201. All plant material and derived products originating from these cultivation facilities are subject to the recall.
