RE-DESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors of EC World Asset Management Pte. Ltd., in its capacity as manager of EC World Real Estate Investment Trust ("EC World REIT", and as manager of EC World REIT, the "Manager"), wishes to announce the re-designation of Mr Goh Toh Sim from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director of the Manager with effect from 9 November 2017.

Mr Goh Toh Sim will also relinquish his position as President of Investment and Asset Management of the Manager on the same date.

Following the above re-designation, the composition of the Board of Directors of the Manager is as follows:

DBS Bank Ltd. was the sole financial adviser, global coordinator and issue manager for the initial public offering of EC World REIT. DBS Bank Ltd., Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch, China International Capital Corporation (Singapore) Pte. Limited and Maybank Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd. were the joint bookrunners and underwriters for the initial public offering of EC World REIT.
