By its Order No. OD-207, dated 26 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 26 January 2016 a provisional administration to the Insurance Investment Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3771, location: 1 Frunze Street, Bldg. 4, Suite 609, Omsk 644043; TIN 5401180222; PSRN 1025400510123; hereinafter, the Company).
The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken following the suspension of the Company's insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-79, dated 14 January 2016).
The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.
Victoria Morozova (mailing address: P.O.Box 8059, the city of Rostov-on-Don 344000), a receiver, a member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Interregional Non-governmental Organisation Association of Independent Receivers (Moskovskoye Chaussee, 18 km, the city of Samara 443072) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the Company.
