Notice is hereby given to the holders of "JOSÉ DE MELLO SAÚDE 2021/2027" Notes, with ISIN code PTJLLAOM0019, that from January 24, 2022 there will be interest payment in relation to coupon number 1, with the following amount per Note:

1. Subject to withholding tax (IRS/IRC), in accordance with the tax rules and rates in force at payment date.

Under the terms of the C.V.M. Regulation, interest on deposited Notes will be paid through the C.V.M. (CVM Code: JLLAOM).

The paying agent appointed for this purpose is Haitong Bank, S.A..

Noteholders covered by article 97º of the Corporation Tax (IRC) or Decree-Law no. 193/2005, of 7 November, should submit evidence to the fnancial institution in which the respective notes are registered, of any exemption form or waiver of withholding of the Corporate Tax, within the time limit established for payment of the tax which would otherwise be deducted.
