With news of retail data breaches, the pervasive use of mobile devices for commerce and payment, and consumer concerns over digital privacy, this year's CARTES America 2014 Exposition and Conference, taking place May 13-15 in Las Vegas, will host the leading experts and solutions exploring the latest approaches and use cases for secure payment, identification and mobility technologies.

The three-day conference and exhibition, returning to Las Vegas' Mirage Hotel, features a comprehensive conference agenda with 50 educational sessions; 6 keynotes; a new exhibitor presentation stage on the show floor; a dedicated "Emerging Payments and Financial Services Pavilion;" and a new, larger exhibition hall which is already 85% sold with 110 contracted exhibitors.

The conference presentations will cover topics including: Will the U.S. Keep its EMV Promise?; Can We Still Believe in NFC?; New Developments in the Mobile Payment Ecosystem; and Updates on Cybercrime and Data Security.

This year CARTES 2014 attendees can choose from a one or three day full conference pass (with full access to all presentations, keynotes, the exhibition, lunch and special receptions), or a one or three day event pass (with access to keynote presentations, the exhibition and special receptions).

"For a third year, CARTES America offers the mobile payment, identification and secure transaction industry an opportunity to explore and exchange new ideas, see the latest solutions and make business connections," said Isabelle Alfano, Exhibition Director of CARTES America.

Comexposium, the organizer of the global CARTES Secure Connexions events, is partnering this year with Clarion Events North America to manage exhibitor and sponsor relations, operations and the promotion of CARTES America 2014.
