Black Bear Sports Group, Inc. (“BBSG” or the “Company”) has acquired substantially all of the assets of the Ice Land Skating Center in Hamilton Township, NJ (“Ice Land” or the “Arena”). The facility houses two sheets of ice and serves youth hockey and other ice sports participants in the metropolitan Trenton area. In addition, Ice Land owns and operates the USA Hockey-sanctioned Mercer Chiefs youth hockey club (“Chiefs”) which is a Tier I and II travel hockey club. BBSG was founded by Murry Gunty in 2015.

The Arena is the seventh ice rink purchased by BBSG. Other ice rink holdings include American Heartland Ice Arena in Lincolnwood, Illinois, Center Ice of Dupage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Piney Orchard Ice Arena in Odenton, Maryland, Ice World in Abingdon, Maryland, Seven Bridges Ice Arena in Woodridge, Illinois, and Printscape Arena at Southpointe in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
