Jon will address the audience on the topic of Building Your Influence: Enhancing Your Communication Skills to Effectively Drive Results. Participants will learn advanced strategies and practical, take-home techniques for building their listening and communication skills to enhance their effectiveness and influence in both professional and personal lives.
The title of this year’s conference is Localized Learning, which aligns well with Bell Leadership’s recent initiative to provide regional locations for its cornerstone Achievers™ program. Jon’s presentation at ATD in March is the preeminent introduction to the first regional Achievers™ to be held in Dallas from May 15-17, 2018. A second regional Achievers™ will be held in Chicago from August 14-16, 2018. Registration for these programs and all other Bell Leadership programs from the Leadership Mastery Series™ is now open.
Jon received his degrees of Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Environmental Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. Jon takes an investigative approach to identify and analyze issues that hinder growth, and he is a skilled presenter who has sharpened his skills before judges and juries.
