CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

ADOPTION OF SHARE AWARD PLAN

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 12 December 2017 (the ''December Announcement '') and that dated 15 January 2018 (the ''January Announcement'') in relation to the adoption of the Plan. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as in the December Announcement unless the context otherwise requires.

The Company noted an inadvertent typographic error in paragraph (iii) of the January Announcement. The Company wishes to clarify that it will comply with Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules as regards to the grant of Awards to connected persons (as defined in the Listing Rules) of the Company.

Save as disclosed above, all other information in the January Announcement remains unchanged.
