INTERIM STOP ORDER REVOKED & REPLACEMENT PROSPECTUS

ISSUED

The Company wishes to advise that after liaising with the ASIC on their concerns regarding aspects of the Company's disclosures in the Prospectus, we are now pleased to announce that the ASIC has revoked the interim stop order which was placed on the original prospectus lodged on December 20, 2017 (and amended on December 21, 2017).

We are also now pleased to issue a Replacement Prospectus, which is open to investment from today.

In light of the above, the Company has decided to extend the closing date of the capital raising offer to 5.00pm (WST) on Monday, 5th February 2018.

The revised indicative timetable is now as follows:

Replacement Prospectus lodged with ASIC	25 January 2018
Offer closing date	5 February 2018
Shares issued under Prospectus	9 February 2018
Re-quotation of the Company's shares by the ASX	16 February 2018

The above dates are all indicative only. The Company, in consultation with its advisors, reserves the right to vary these dates, including by closing the offer early, which may in turn have an impact on the dates after the date of the close of the offer.
