AMERICAPITAL PLC - Clarification of Directors of the company.

AMERICAPITAL PLC on October 23, 2013 announced the appointment of Mr. Garth
Jensen as Director for the company.

The company failed to release that the appointment of Mr Garth Jensen was made
to fill the void caused by the untimely demise of Mr Willy E. Geullaume who was
shown acting Director at the time of the announcement.
