WHAT:
ADP® will release the findings of its quarterly ADP Workforce Vitality Report. The Report provides an unprecedented, in-depth quarterly analysis of the health and direction of the U.S. labor market based on a variety of key labor market indicators, such as total employment growth, job turnover, wage growth and hours worked.

Enhancements to the WVI data include:

  • Wages based on tracking the same job holders over time, including full-time and part-time workers
  • A deeper look at job switchers (those who change jobs) based on whether they switch from a full-time job to another full-time job, from full-time to part-time, from part-time to full-time and from part-time to part-time
  • Tracking job switchers who move from one region to another and from one industry to another

All of these enhancements will provide deeper insight into the dynamics underlying wage growth and other labor market activity.
