SP advises growing privately-owned businesses and publicly quoted UK companies, with a focus on AIM-listed companies. They provide stockbroking, corporate finance, private equity and M&A advisory services and specialize in raising funds for small- and medium-sized UK companies, either facilitating private equity investing or issuing securities.
