China Great Wall Asset Management Co. Ltd. (Invt Mgmt) (China Great Wall Assets) is the investment management division of China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd., itself a subsidiary of State-owned China Ministry of Finance. It is funded by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China, the National Social Security Fund Council and China Life Insurance (Group). Founded in 1999, the firm is headquartered in Beijing. As one of the four state-owned financial asset management companies, the main task of China Great Wall Assets at the beginning of its establishment was to acquire, manage and dispose of the divestiture assets divested by state-owned banks.
