Xiao Lin Zhang

Ms. Zhang co-founded Shoreline Capital in 2004 and has since managed much of the company's operations and sourcing.
She also heads the firm's investments in non-performing loan portfolios.
Ms. Zhang has been a principal in Chinese real estate investment firms for almost ten years.
She previously started a development firm in Guangzhou with less than US$1 million in capital and grew the firm's assets to US$50 million.
Ms. Zhang has also overseen the acquisition and servicing of multiple non-performing loan portfolios.
In a decade of experience in China, she has created a deep local business network.
Ms. Zhang holds an MBA from University of Chicago GSB.
