Prior to joining Paramax, he completed his academic training by completing a program that concentrated on combining business and law to develop a strong core competency in a skill set suited for mergers and acquisition work and company valuation.
Mr. Hadala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English, a Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Marketing, and a Juris Doctorate with concentrations in Finance Transactions and Economic Development.
