Wirefree Partners is the exclusive management company hired by Wirefree Partners III, LLC to provide network and administrative services. In this role, Wirefree Partners is charged with overseeing the construction and operation of wireless telecommunications networks in the 16 metropolitan markets where Wirefree Partners III, LLC holds PCS spectrum licenses. The Wirefree Partners networks, while still in the design stage, will use advanced wireless equipment to provide network coverage in each market. Wirefree Partners is currently evaluating the optimal technology to deploy in the network and expects to begin network construction in 2007. Wirefree Partners also manages the leasing relationship between Wirefree Partners III and Sprint for a portion of spectrum in each of the 16 markets. Wirefree Partners is not yet offering commercial telecommunications service. The company anticipates that it will begin to roll out service in its 16 metropolitan markets in 2007.
