Mr. Thomas J.
Mudge is a Senior Vice President & Director of Equity Research at Bailard, Inc. He heads Bailard's equity research and serves as the lead portfolio manager for both the long/short REIT strategy and the small value equity strategy.
He has over 32 years of investment experience.
