Tom M. Todaro

Mr. Todaro is a co-founder and principal of Venture Asset Partners, where he managed the restructuring and asset sales of Exodus Communications, now Cable & Wireless, including the sale and reorganization of the firm's $200 million private equity portfolio, which consisted of over 17 direct investments in operating technology companies.
He was also responsible for renegotiating nearly $300 million of purchased assets with global telecommunications companies, including Global Crossing, AT&T, and WorldCom.
Mr. Todaro is an experienced investor with a comprehensive understanding of value-based strategies, including the negotiation and structuring of complex legal and management structures.
Over the past two years, he has invested more than $40 million into companies and assets that have generated annual weighted average returns in excess of 70%.
Mr. Todaro also managed the acquisition of a major telecommunications company in the Southeast, a California-based communications company, and technology real estate in Texas.
Prior to Venture Asset Group, he was Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at PayPal, Inc., a financial software services company in Mountain View, California.
Mr. Todaro was integral to the company's successful IPO in April 2002 and later negotiating the sale of the company to eBay for $1.4 billion in cash and stock.
Prior to joining PayPal, he was Chief Operating Officer of Andale, Inc., a successful enterprise software company in Mountain View, California.
Mr. Todaro received his Master in Economics from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Colorado College.
