Mr. Geoffrey T.

Prior to founding Wakefield Asset Management, Mr. Gervasini was the President and co-founder of Capital West Asset Management, a quantitative investment management firm where he served as the portfolio manager for the firm’s quantitative equity strategies.
His responsibilities included managing a mutual fund, private client accounts, and the private placement vehicles.
Its clients included Fortune 500 companies, university endowments, Indian Tribes, foundations, mutual funds, high net-worth individuals, and family offices, etc.
Prior to Capital West, he was a vice president and then senior vice president at C.M.
Bidwell & Associates responsible for the portfolio management of various equity and alternative strategies, and the strategic direction of the firm.
He holds a B.A.
in political science from Boston College, graduating cum laude and with honors in his field.
