He joined Clark in July 1998 as Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Clark, Mr. Pyra was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Geodesic Systems LLC from April 1997 to June 1998.
Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Recompute Corporation from October 1995 to January 1997 and Vice President and Controller of Intercraft Company from October 1992 to June 1995.
Mr. Pyra received a BS degree in Finance and an MBA from DePaul University.
