He is a licensed attorney and a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
Additionally he serves on the Social Committee of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, the Young Executive Committee of the Pyramid Club and is a board member and Secretary of the West Point Society of Philadelphia.
Mr. Mills graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and spent five years as an Officer in Army Intelligence, where he attained the rank of captain.
Following military service, Mr. Mills earned a law degree from the Villanova University School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration from Villanova Business School.
