He began his career in the late 1990’s working for a boutique Investment Advisor located in Manchester Center, Vermont.
From 2004 until joining Dion Money Management, he worked for and co-founded a Member NYSE and FINRA Broker/Dealer, Battenkill Capital Inc. He also co-founded a Vermont registered investment management firm, Battenkill Capital Management Inc. During his tenure with Battenkill, Mr. Harrington worked with institutional clients including mutual fund and large advisory firms, serving as their direct representative on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.
Mr. Harrington is licensed FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative) Series 4 (Registered Options Principal) Series 24 (General Securities Principal) Series 55 (Representative.Equity Trader) Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) and Series 65 (NASAA Uniform Investment Adviser Law) and is a member of the Security Trader Association of New York.
