Shan Liang Zhang

Mr. Zhang Kin joined the Marketing Department and Economic and Trade Circulation Department of the State Planning Commission (now the National Development and Reform Commission) in 1988 and served as deputy director in 1994.
He joined the headquarters of Haitong Securities Investment Banking Department (Beijing) in 1998 and served as assistant general manager and deputy general manager.
During his work, he completed the IPO issuance of many companies and the additional rights issue of three listed companies as the general coordinator of the project; in 2003, he joined the preparatory group of China-Belgium direct equity investment fund, and after the establishment of the fund, he served as the operation director of its fund management company.
Since 2006, Mr. Zhang Kin has cooperated with Spanish IBERDROLA to open wind power projects in China.
Since 2008, Mr. Zhang Kin has joined Jinshi Investment Company under CITIC Securities as its strategic development director.
In 2014, he joined Hetang Venture Capital, participated in leading the fund raising and management of Hetang Fund, and also undertook the management of Hetang Venture Capital.
Mr. Zhang Jinjin holds a bachelor's degree in national economic planning and management from the Department of Economics of Jilin University and a master's degree in planning economics from the School of Planning Management of Renmin University of China.
