Covéa Finance SAS is the asset management subsidiary of Covea Cooperations SA, which is owned by Covéa SGAM in France. Headquartered in Paris, the firm was founded in 2006 and serves as the portfolio management company of Covéa, a group that combines the MAAF, MMA and GMF brands. Covéa Finance offers a wide range of funds through diversified asset classes.

In May 2013, Kepler Capital Markets SA completed the acquisition of Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux SA from Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank SA, a unit of Crédit Agricole SA. Kepler Capital Markets intends to combine its business with Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux under a new entity, Kepler Cheuvreux, in 2013, and will be headquartered in Paris. They will have offices in Amsterdam, Boston, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, New York, San Francisco, Stockholm, Vienna and Zurich.
