Scott Martin

Prior to joining Polaris, Mr. Martin was Director of Corporate Development for Daticon, a provider of litigation support services and electronic data discovery.
While at Daticon, Mr. Martin was responsible for M&A, partnerships, process improvement and competitive strategy.
Prior to Daticon, he was an associate at Thoma Cressey Bravo in San Francisco where he was involved in sourcing and executing various buyout investments in late stage companies with a specific focus in software and outsourced services.
He also has previous experience at ABS Ventures, Ticonderoga Capital and Adams Harkness.
Mr. Martin received his M.B.A.
from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his A.B.
in Government from Dartmouth College.
While at Dartmouth, he was a member of varsity soccer team.
