Prior to joining The BV Group, Ms. Rickelman was an Associate with Ernst & Young's Venture Capital Advisory Group in McLean, Virginia.
As an Associate, she was responsible for identifying and analyzing technology companies seeking venture capital located in the Washington DC metro area.
Previously, Ms. Rickelman was a Partner with Harold A.
Jope & Son, Inc. where she specialized in planning, negotiating and implementing mergers for the firm.
Additionally, Ms. Rickelman has also held positions with Cigna Corporation and Fleet Bank.
