Prior to joining the firm, he spent his career in the United States, firstly with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and subsequently with Thomas Weisel Partners, both of which were in San Francisco.
Mr. Barrows holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Melbourne Business School which included a semester at the Anderson School at UCLA.
