It has additional office in Redwood City, California. It was founded in 1985 by Robert Bingham, Earl Osborn and John Scarborough. The firm provides investment management and advisory services to individuals, trusts, foundations, endowments, charitable organizations, corporations or other businesses, pensions and profit-sharing plans. In November 2021, BOS merged with Cerity Partners LLC. The combined firm will operate under the Cerity Partners name.
